Return & Refund Policy

 

We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with EU consumer law. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to notify us that you wish to return it.

 

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging. For hygiene reasons, cosmetic products that have been opened or unsealed cannot be returned, in accordance with the EU exemption for sealed goods that are unsuitable for return.

 

To start a return, contact us at info@albaso.se with your order number. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues

 

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can resolve it with a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.

 

Refunds

 

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and, if approved, refund the amount to your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping costs are refunded when the entire order is returned within the withdrawal period.
